RAIN SHOWER | A GUIDED MEDITATION

A meditation using the medicine of Rain, created for softening after times of tension.

My partner David and I are grateful to bring you this really soothing meditation, featuring a soothing soundscape of real rain sounds that we recorded, accompanied by soft musical notes. You’ll be guided by my voice and the sounds of the rain, gently directing your awareness to your body and finding your ultimate place of rest.

The meditation lasts about 10 minutes. To enjoy it most fully, I invite you to prepare your space first.
Choose a spot where you can lay down undisturbed as comfortably as possible. You can lay on the floor gathering a few blankets and pillows, or rest directly on your bed. Tune down any extra sources of light and sound, and when you’re ready… tune in.
