Come join us as we explore the energy of this season and welcome the medicine of Winter into our lives. Part informative workshop/class, part creative circle, this online event is thoughtfully designed to bring you into a communion with the portal of Winter.
We will journey with the meaning of Winter, its symbolism and its place in the Elemental, Natural and energetical world - uncovering what this season represents in our psyche and in the context of our lives. We will be exploring simple lifestyle adjustments and rituals to align to Winter’s energy, and we will let the Element of the season guide us in a grounding meditation, as well as a healing creative practice.

✺ TUNING INTO WINTER
Herbs, nourishment, space and life adjustments to align to the Winter + a seasonal approach to creativity.
✺ GROUNDING WINTER RITUALS
Intentional practices to ground through this season.
✺ AN EARTH MEDITATION
A guided meditation and visualisation to tune into Earth, release + receive guidance.
✺ CREATIVE EXPRESSION
A meditative shared creative practice where we will either journal or create art with Winter’s guidance.
