POTAMI
POTÀMI means “River” in Greek.
A hand built vessel, made in communion with the Elements and in trust with the divine within. This ceramic vessel is completely one of a kind, crafted slowly and with intention.
In the process of its creation, it has been cleansed by sea water and smoked in a ceremonial bonfire - carrying the fragrant smoke marks, the blessings and the powerful ancestral energy of our island.
Time and use will continue to change the appearance of this piece, in the spirit of natural impermanence and ever evolving beauty.

MATERIAL
Native cretan terracotta clay. The exterior features unique and permanent smoke marks. The interior has been glazed with a non-toxic transparent, water-like glaze.
