SPRING SEED | A GUIDED MEDITATION FOR INNER EMERGENCE
The symbolism of the egg and the seed have been guiding me a lot these last couple of months, in alignment with the arrival of Spring. Of course the Spring is a time of new energy, new ideas planted in our consciousness, just like seeds - to eventually emerge out into physicality and take form as we nurture them with our Love.
And yet something felt different about Spring this time around. A need to have a good clean sweep, to let go of what has accumulated not just this Winter but the past couple of years really - which have been such a journey for us as a collective. I felt very strongly that this time we need to make even more room before receiving. Making space in our inner gardens, in our vessels - before we welcome what wants to become.
In our last ceremony together I took us on an inner journey to prepare our vessels for Spring emergence and what wants to take root within us. Intuitively we begun by connecting to the Element of Earth as the holder of it all, using Earth’s energy to not just ground us but also help us clear anything that has been stagnant or blocking us from growth. We were then ready to welcome in the lighter energy of Air to assist us further in into cleansing and bringing a sense of vitality. Eventually, we travelled upwards to the Sky where we each received our seed. For everyone, this seed was unique and so was the being that gifted it to us.
It was a truly potent journey which I didn’t expect to become so cosmic: my work normally revolves much more around the Elements and the physical realms alone, but I felt that in this time there is a need to expand and stretch our consciousness even further to meet something that is infinite in its Nature. To connect to that is much needed right now, in order to dream our Heaven on Earth and that of all generations coming. But also to simply feel held by this Universe, to rest in the Trust that there is a Greater Force guiding each and every one of us.
This is a meditation to dance with the energy of emergence, of awakening, of dreaming new realities from the most intimate place within us. It is a journey that connects Earth & Sky, Womb & Cosmos, that we can offer ourselves when we feel that something new is coming, or that it is time for a new beginning. A meditation for those times when we feel Spring happening silently inside our souls - and want to be there to witness it.
