JOURNALING PROMPTS ON EARTH, THE CAVE & THE WINTER ROOTS

Journaling is a potent practice I always recommend wholeheartedly. Even more so, at this time of the year - as we are naturally pulled into deeper realms of introspection.

Here in the dark fertile void of the Winter, our inner vision is heightened. There are so many questions worth asking ourselves: questions with open answers, that unfold and shed in layers, like the skin of a serpent. Slowly but surely revealing what resides below.

For this Season I wanted to share some prompts that will allow us to: 01) Connect to the Element of Earth 02) Explore our relationship to the symbol of the Cave 03) Come into sensorial awareness of the Winter where we live and 04) Tune into our roots and the ways our ancestors used to live.

I created these printable sheets, filled with beautiful questions for your own journaling practice.

Feel free to click through the download button above to access them. I highly recommend printing them for a more hands-on experience, using soft paper and a pen that feels good to you. If you don’t have a printer you could also can scribble on the sheets digitally (on an ipad for example) or take inspiration from the prompts (also written below) to journey in your own journal.

Enjoy!
